With registered nurses and care staff at our homes 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The Location
Rosebrook, a beautiful 91 bed residential aged care facility is located at the base of Arthurs Seat in the heart of the Mornington Peninsula. It's a beautiful home with a great team and General Manager.
The Job
- To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary Personal Care, assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
- Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
- Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
