Discover Groundwater Lodge: Situated in the Granville suburb of Maryborough, Groundwater Lodge is more than just a workplace. Set on leafy acreage that was formerly farmland, it offers a relaxed and tranquil homestead feel.
The Role: We are offering multiple permanent part-time opportunities for Personal Care Workers or Support Workers to join our Groundwater Lodge facility based in Maryborough, QLD. Groundwater Lodge has 60 beds.
What You Will Do: As a Personal Care Worker at Groundwater Lodge, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive resident experience. Your responsibilities include providing personalized care, completing thorough documentation, fostering a collaborative team approach, and delivering safe, high-quality care in line with Aged Care Quality Standards.
Who You Are:

• Hold a minimum Cert III in Aged Care or equivalent (or enrolled in the same).
• Bring experience in providing daily care and activities to clients.
• Currently hold and maintain an NDIS Worker Clearance (or willing to obtain).
• Demonstrate a passion for delivering a person-centered approach to care.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must.
