About the opportunity: We are looking for qualified Personal Care Workers who will: actively promote an environment that will enhance each persons life experience work with other members of the team to create a positive, friendly and happy environment for our residents and each other engage with our residents in meaningful ways to help them live every day work respectfully with each individual who is in need of support work in a safe manner, contributing to our safety culture and positive work environment demonstrate reliability and a commitment to Life Care and our values be available for a minimum of 3 shifts per week (including weekends) on an ongoing basis across a 24/7 roster What you absolutely must have to be a part of
