You'll be responsible for 

• Create efficiencies by coordinating, producing and maintaining Personal Injury's Tender Library content as the repository to access response materials for both large and self serve RFPs.
• Provide bid lifecycle support to the Senior Manager, Customer Bids, and Strategy by arranging tender meetings, managing time, and organising subject matter experts.
• Support the Senior Manager, Customer Bids and Strategy to write and review tender responses to ensure key messages relevant to the tender are effectively and consistently conveying the key messages in a clear, concise, and articulate manner.
• Support the development of contemporary messaging including graphics, and  infographics.
• Collaborate with Senior Manager, Customer Bids, and Strategy in the development of tender presentations and sales collaterals.

About you 

• Qualifications in professional writing, media/communications, or business development.
• Expertise in writing government and commercial tenders, converting technical information into meaningful content.
• Ability to understand complex information and translate into simple communication.
• Confidently presents messages in a clear, concise and articulate manner. Focuses on key points for the audience and states the facts. Structures message for brevity and presents message with precision and confidence, harnessing the most appropriate methods of communication.
• Demonstrated ability to be a team player with strong people skills with the ability to build relationships by communicating, influencing and negotiating effectively at all levels with technical and business teams, programme stakeholders and third parties.
