We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Paralegal to provide support to a Senior Associate in our Brisbane office, working on motor vehicle, workcover and PIPA files.
You will be responsible for:
- Evidence gathering
- Drafting a variety of documentation including Notice of Claim forms, Statutory Declarations, Employer Statements, Supporting Statements, letters and other correspondence
- Responding to Requests
- Reviewing and summarising various records
- Dealing with non-compliance issues and liability responses
- Organising Conferences and Mediations together with preparing the necessary documentation
- Liaising with clients and other parties
To be successful in this role, you must have secretarial or paralegal experience ideally within Personal Injury Law. With a very strong eye for detail and accuracy with systems, you will confidently support the Senior Associate with their matters. You will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and be motivated to achieve successful outcomes. You must be passionate about helping clients and pride yourself on delivering high quality work every time.
