Our busy plaintiff practice based in Rockhampton is looking for a motivated and skilled Personal Injuries Paralegal to join our team. With a commitment to excellence, proper training, and clear career progression, we are leaders in our field for a reason.
About You
You are a dynamic individual with experience in Personal Injuries law, whether from the plaintiff or defendant side. Your ability to take instructions, quantify claims, and manage client interactions with an excellent phone manner sets you apart. You come with:
- Proficiency in workers' compensation, public liability, and CTP claims in Queensland.
- A strong foundation in litigation and trial processes, preferred but not essential.
- Stellar references that speak to your professionalism and skills.

Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in Personal Injuries law.
- Ability to take detailed instructions and effectively quantify claims.
- Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone.
- Litigation and trial experience preferred.
- Proficiency in relevant Queensland claims processes (workers comp, public liability, CTP).
Must have credible references.
