With Prestige Personalised Training, you'll hit the ground running with guaranteed work from day one, no rent expenses, and paid mentorship for your first 3 months. Plus, you'll earn above the award wage, with additional commissions!
Every day with us is an adventure. Our clientele primarily consists of individuals aged 30 and above with a high socio-economic status, both face-to-face and online. They're motivated by long-term lifestyle changes, and with our proven track record of client retention, you'll play a key role in transforming lives. We also cater to NDIS clients with disabilities, matching your experience and skill set.
Responsibilities:
- Lead personalised 1:1 / 2:1 training sessions, while we build your client base.
- Conduct weekly group training sessions, fostering a sense of community.
- Provide clients with coaching and accountability to help them achieve their goals.
- Progress through our Career Path, with opportunities for management and studio ownership.

To Be Successful, You Will Need:
- Certificate IV in Fitness.
- Current Senior First Aid certificate and CPR/AED certification.
- Valid Working with Children Check (WWC).
- Disability Workers Screening Card (similar to a police check).
- Positive attitude and eagerness to grow.
- Genuine interest in nutrition and macronutrients.
- Personal training experience preferred, but not required.
- At least 10 current clients preferred, but not required.
