A classic 5 day operation working with a level-headed & passionate head chef.About YouThis role is for an experienced Sous Chef to come on board and assist the Head Chef in leading the team. What we need is:

• Confident with modern Australian cuisine & seafood
• Relevant trade qualifications
• Creativity and passion for food
• Leader who stays calm under pressure
• Understanding of rostering, ordering, stock control
• Experience in a la carte fine dining background
• Leadership skills to mentor people
