A classic 5 day operation working with a level-headed & passionate head chef.About YouThis role is for an experienced Sous Chef to come on board and assist the Head Chef in leading the team. - Confident with modern Australian cuisine & seafood
- Relevant trade qualifications
- Creativity and passion for food
- Leader who stays calm under pressure
- Understanding of rostering, ordering, stock control
- Experience in a la carte fine dining background
- Leadership skills to mentor people
