What you'll doAn exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Pharmacist to be a part of our experienced team at Sunshine Coast University Private Hospital! As the Clinical Pharmacist, you will provide specialised medication management in the dispensary and clinical services to hospital wards including intensive care unit/coronary care unit and day surgery unit.

• Provide best practice pharmacy services and exceptional patient-centred care as part by ensuring medication safety and optimising medication management
• Work closely with the hospital team to educate staff and counsel patients on medication usage
• Cultivate a collaborative and positive teamwork culture that empowers everyone to excel

What you'll bring

• Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
• High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software
• You love working in a collaborative team and thrive in a clinical working environment.
• Previous or current experience in hospital pharmacy is highly regarded, but not essential.

It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:

• Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
• A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
