What you'll be doing
Responsible to the Clinical Coordinator of Cancer Services Pharmacy for the provision of quality pharmaceutical services to patients of Westmead Hospital in the inpatient, outpatient and community setting.

Essential Criteria
Qualification: Pharmacy qualifications conferred by Tertiary Education Institutions e.g Bachelor of Pharmacy Registration: Full and unrestricted Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
Selection Criteria
- Demonstrated excellent and effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated experience and skills in providing pharmaceutical services to ensure safe use of medicines, especially in the area of Cancer Care Services.
- Demonstrated excellent therapeutic knowledge and ability to exercise a high level of initiative in the application of pharmaceutical principles to clinical practice.
- Demonstrated excellent organisational and prioritisation skills to meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Willing and able to participate in sterile (including cytotoxic) manufacturing.
- Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement and teaching activities.
- Willing to work on weekends, on-call as per departmental rosters.
