The role
In partnership with the digital sepsis implementation team, the role will provide leadership and state-wide stakeholder engagement to support the implementation of the adult digital sepsis pathways in Queensland.
The role will provide clinical and technical expertise in electronic medication management, focusing on integration into clinical workflows.

The successful person
To be successful in this role, you will have proven ability to lead and implement strategic directions across multiple facilities at a Hospital and Health Service and state-wide level. You will also have proven ability to provide leadership within the pharmacy profession with particular emphasis on informatics and digital health solutions, state-wide and across the continuum of care.
