We are looking for a Managing Pharmacist working 5 days a week who thrives on engaging with every customer, to offer holistic health solutions to create a difference in our customers health outcomes and build relationships in our community.
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the pharmacy, including personnel, inventory, and finances.
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
- Provide consultation to patients and healthcare providers.
- Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness.
- Manage patient medication therapy, including drug regimen review and patient counselling.
- Ensure that all medication dispensing is performed accurately and efficiently.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and other stakeholders in the community.
Requirements:
- Current pharmacist registration in Australia
- experience as a pharmacist, with demonstrated leadership and management skills.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, dispensing, inventory management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
