Address Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service (SCHHS) is in southeast Queensland and extends through the coastal and hinterland areas from Caloundra in the south to Gympie in the north.

Key Responsibilities include:
* To operationally manage a team of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Assistants, providing clinical pharmacy advice and dispensing services to inpatients, discharging patients and to outpatients from the Sunshine Coast Hospital and Health Service.
* Demonstrate a high level of clinical knowledge and skills in Women's and Children's services.
* Lead clinical governance activities for the service.
* Apply a broad understanding of the provision of continuous multidisciplinary health care by supervising and undertaking liaison with community health care providers and carers to ensure continuity of care between the hospital and the community after discharge.
Remuneration value up to $12 731 p.m., comprising salary between $4769.60 - $5132.40 p.f. (f/t) or salary rates: $62.75 - $67.53 p.h. (p/t), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (HP4) (temporary full or part time position available for 12 months).
