Transit Care Hub and Patient Flow Unit are looking for a Senior Pharmacist to join their team. Clinical Pharmacy Services are provided in a patient-centred model across inpatient and ambulatory settings in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team. The department is equipped with advanced technology which enables robotic inventory control and dispensing. The department actively participates in practice-based research and medicine utilisation evaluation studies, quality improvement programs and activities across MSHS. This position will incorporate a pharmacist as part of the Emergency, primarily to coordinate the pharmacy service.

About the Role
- Demonstrate initiative in the development of clinical practice, procedures and administrative protocols for use within Transit Care Hub and the interprofessional team that support the continuum of care.
- Utilise knowledge and skills in the area of pharmacy to contribute to evidence-based reviews, outcome measures and reporting of key performance indicators.
- Apply increasingly independent clinical judgement to pharmaceutical complex decision making with only occasional clinical/professional supervision.
