We are seeking a passionate and highly motivated Pharmacy Manager to lead our highly motivated team at Acacia Pharmacy.

Key responsibilities:
- Team leadership support/people management
- Providing medication management services to Aged Care facilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations to ensure a safe supply of medication
- Maintain and develop client relationships
- Ensure continuous improvement and accreditation processes are followed, maintaining compliance with all applicable legislations
- Accurate and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
- Management reporting
About you:
- Previous leadership experience in a Management role
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Analytical thinking and the ability to develop appropriate solutions
- Dispensing experience within a busy pharmacy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a kind, caring and compassionate approach
- The ability to quickly build rapport and win trust of key stakeholders across all levels including doctors and registered nurses
- A valued team member who aligns their behaviour with the company's vision, mission and values
