As a leader within our business you will be supported by Star Pharmacy Group Executive Directors, Chief Executive Officer and a team of IT, Marketing, People & Culture and Finance specialists in our National Support Office.
As a Star Pharmacy Group Pharmacy Manager, you'll do more than just dispense medications; you'll be a vital healthcare resource for our community. Our focus on patient-centered care means you'll have the opportunity to offer a wide range of additional professional services at Priceline Pharmacy Bribie Island. This is a Full Time permanent position that allows you to make a lasting impact on the health and well-being of those you serve.

Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass:
- Comprehensive Medication Management: Not only will you ensure precise dispensing and strict compliance with Pharmacy Board and HIC regulations, but you'll also actively manage medication therapy for patients, optimizing their health outcomes.
- Expert Consultations: Beyond filling prescriptions, you'll provide expert advice and counseling to patients and collaborate with medical professionals to enhance patient care.
- Specialized Services: You'll be responsible for maintaining scripts and managing medication management packs while also expanding your scope of practice with specialized services such as vaccinations, health screenings, and medication reviews.
- Community Engagement: Engage with our community by hosting wellness events, workshops, and support groups, further solidifying our pharmacy as a trusted healthcare destination.
- Proactive Leadership: Lead by example, providing proactive and inclusive leadership to store employees while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth. Also preparing weekly and monthly KPI reports, Budget tracker and store reports whilst planning to strategically improve the business.
Requirements
- Current Ahpra Registration & Working with Children Check
- Deliver 7CPA professional services
- Experience with DAA’s and QCPP regulations
- Experience with budgets, wages and GP management
- Vaccination Trained
- Current Police Check or willing to obtain one
