About The Role
As the Pharmacy Operations Partner (POP) at Montu, you will be the primary point of contact for our pharmacy partners. The POP is dedicated to building exceptional relationships with both new and existing pharmacy partners to enhance our pharmacy distribution channels. This role will require you to work with an operational and commercial lens.
You will need to be based in Sydney and be able to commit to on-site client visits 2-3 times a month. You will work from home for the remainder days.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain exceptional relationships with new and existing pharmacy partners, fostering collaboration and trust.
- Manage core pharmacy workflows and drive operational excellence through process optimization with pharmacy partners.
- Coordinate pharmacy staff training, including initial orientation and ongoing development to ensure seamless integration as a Montu partner.
- Ensure pharmacy partners maintain service level agreements.
- Conduct onsite visits: Visit partner pharmacies within your state/portfolio or as required to strengthen relationships and provide support.
- Document pharmacy workflows: Continuously document and update pharmacy workflows and processes for transparency and operational improvements.
- Drive compliance improvements: Identify areas for compliance improvements and work with relevant stakeholders to implement effective solutions.
- Optimise order allocation: Ensure optimum allocation of orders and stock to partner pharmacies to maintain efficient inventory management.
- Develop and maintain regular reporting.
- You must have a valid drivers licence.
About You
Experience and Skills:
- Prior experience in an operations role, owning workflow optimisation, resource allocation, and planning.
- 4+ years' experience working in a customer facing role or handling customer accounts.
- Experience working in a regulated industry will be highly regarded.
- Ability to use data analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in operations.
- Have successfully implemented quality control measures to ensure accuracy, safety, and adherence to high-quality standards.
- You have experience in leading and managing change initiatives within operations, adapting to evolving circumstances.
- You have effective communication, including transparent communication of
goals, expectations, and feedback within the team and with your pharmacy partners. - Clear national police check (we will complete this if you are the successful applicant).
