About the opportunity:Working as part of a team within a GMP environment, you will primarily be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of orders for life-saving medications. You will also have opportunities to develop skills and support other cross-functional areas of the business.
Duties:- Manage the receipt & processing of customer orders
- Validating information in orders for completeness
- Notifying customers of ETA's for their orders
- Collaborating with production staff to monitor workload
- Supporting customers with their enquiries
- Documentation in relation to GMP
Skills and Experience:- Experience in customer service, pharmacy or logistics would be highly beneficial.
- Strong written & verbal communication skills will be required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft programmes (Word, Outlook etc.) is essential
- Related qualification (e.g. pharmacy, medical science etc.) is highly regarded.
- Reliable and dependable, able to work in between the hours of 7am to 6pm.
- High attention to detail / accuracy are critical in this role.
- Happy to commit to an on-going assignment.
