We’re leaders in sustainable heating and hot water solutions and we’re looking for an Order Processing and Customer Service Officer that is exceptional with customers, shows loads of initiative, and is highly organised and detail oriented.
This role is working onsite at our head office in Epping, Melbourne.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customers via phone and email, providing regular updates on orders, responding to general enquiries and scheduling of deliveries.
- Liaise with customers ensuring a realistic balance between delivery expectations and production schedule commitments/stock availability.
- Daily processing of sales quotes into sales orders.
- Liaise between departments and with warehouse staff to facilitate order fulfilment and delivery to customers.
- Process daily shipments and assist warehouse team with coordinating deliveries between customer and freight forwarders.
- Ensuring system accurately reflects order updates and up-to-date customer communication.
Skills & Experience
- Must have previous experience in a similar role within a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills with excellent Customer Service ability (verbal and written).
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Attention to detail and with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks at a time.
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills, including MS Office and experience using an ERP system within a manufacturing environment.
