AddressThe Marketing Team at Falls Creek Alpine Resort are looking to engage a Photographer/Videographer to join the team to work with us as we jump into the 2024 Snow Season. If you are a confident sports and landscape Photographer/Videographer with the ability to build captivating visual narratives that inspire viewers, we'd love to hear from you.
Role Purpose:
We believe in continually portraying the resort experiences that excite the viewer, create FOMO and the want to book their snow holiday. These experiences include on snow (downhill ski, snowboard, telemark, XC), tobogganing, dining, family snowplay and more. The content you create will be used for social media, websites, stakeholder image gallery, media releases and more.
If you have the skills, experience and a strong eye for visual storytelling, we’d love to chat about this further. The ability to confidently ski or snowboard at an intermediate to advanced level is required.
What you bring to us:
- A creative flair and an eye for real-yet-aspirational images
- The ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable and confident organising yourself once briefed for the week
- Excellent technical and photographic skills including familiarity with creative / photographic programs such as Photoshop etc
- Flexible, adaptable and able to manage roles, tasks and projects in a calm collective manner
- Collaborative, proactive, takes initiative yet able to take feedback and direction
- Enthusiasm and the ability to be a self-starter
- Sports photography experience
When: June 2024 start. This is a seasonal contract
Where: Onsite at Falls Creek Alpine Resort – due to the nature of the role, this role cannot be offered in a remote arrangement.
