Secondary Physical Education Teacher 

Fixed Term Position: Part Time: 0.6FTE - Term 2, 2024  

The Position

This role will suit an engaging, forward-thinking educator who is keen to apply their skills and mentorship to nurture confidence in our students.

To be eligible for appointment, applicants must hold, or be able to obtain, current registration with the Teacher Registration Board of WA (TRBWA) and a valid Working with Children Check.

The successful candidate must demonstrate: 

• a robust working knowledge of the Western Australian Curriculum;
• their ability to provide a differentiated curriculum to meet the diverse needs of individual students, including students with Special Education Needs and those who excel in their studies;
• a positive and caring approach to student wellbeing, with the ability to develop productive relationships with students within the context of the School’s Code of Conduct, Policies, and Procedures;
• an enjoyment of working with young people and the ability to establish a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment for all students;

• a willingness to contribute to wider School programs, such as co-curricular activities, camps, and other school-based initiatives

Bunbury Cathedral Grammar School is an Independent, Anglican, Co-educational, Day and Boarding school for students from Pre-Kindergarten through to Year 12.
