Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Physiotherapist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to our diverse clientele, working between our Bowral clinic and on road community visitations.
You will be working in a friendly team headed by the owner and senior Physio that has a passion for building repport with her clients and employees
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises to improve mobility, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and optimal outcomes for clients.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of client progress.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
- Current registration with the AHPRA regulatory body.
- Proven experience working in a similar setting, preferably with experience in aged care, home care, NDIS, or WorkCover.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-road appointments.
