We are seeking a motivated and energetic leader experienced in Coffeeshop Supervision and the delivery of premium service.
You will be responsible for training and developing your team and creating a service experience for our members that separates us from the pack.
The Criteria:- Demonstrated history of driving premium service in a fast paced Food & Beverage outlet.
- Strong knowledge of hospitality operations;
- Experience leading a team of staff;
- A reliable, hard working and honest work ethic;
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts (including weekends and evenings); and
- RSA & Food Safety certificates essential.
