Who we are?
My Home Physio Team (Long Jetty Physiotherapy Centre) Is a local team originally started in Central Coast. We are looking for the right candidate to join our small team. We strive to improve the wellbeing of community members through Physiotherapy and exercise based therapies. This is done through the model of Community Based Rehab (CBR).
Our vision was to provide equal access to physiotherapy for all people in the community. The term “CBR” was an original framework proposed by the WHO to enhance the quality of life for people with disabilities and their families and ensure their participation and inclusion in the community. This framework is at the heart of our core values, which is to deliver a ‘big picture approach’ to health care services.

If you like working in community and not have your whole day in a clinic room then this job may be for you. This is an “outdoors job” and therapies are done in clients homes, beach, park, town pool and more!
Your role in CENTRAL COAST will involve:
- Diverse caseload of clients from children to adults.
- MSK, CARDIO, NEURO. Case load is varied which is great way to apply your clinical skills.
- Provide high quality evidence based physiotherapy.
- Weekly mentorship and education provided with Senior
- Be comfortable to work Independently.
- Physiotherapists-as needed basis.
- In clinic 1-2 days and Community Based (Home Visits).
- Maintain accurate and timely records.
- Report writing when required. Training provided.
- Liaison with Multidisciplinary team when needed.
- NDIS, home care packages, Aged Care home, Aboriginal Health care, hydrotherapy, private, post op.
- Fuel allowance or Company Car + Continued Professional development (CPD) Allowance.
- Clinical notes on online diary system.
- AHPRA Registered, Bachelors in Physiotherapy or higher, National Police Clearance required.
