Manning Base Hospital is a rural referral hospital located between coastal and country towns on the Lower Mid North Coast of NSW. You will work as part of a team to deliver high quality Physiotherapy services across acute care settings.

About the role:
Manning Base Hospital is looking for a casual Physiotherapist to join their team. This position will provide leave relief and weekend coverage for the acute Physiotherapy services at the hospital.

As a successful applicant, you will be required to provide coverage across acute medical, surgical, ICU, and Emergency Department. You will be required to work independently at times as the only Physiotherapist in the hospital.

You will be supported to undertake upskilling in acute care and training as required. This may include Intensive Care Unit, plastering and Emergency Department care.

About you:
You should have a broad range of Physiotherapy skills across an acute care setting, and have the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. You will also have excellent communication and written skills and demonstrated working relationship across multidisciplinary team.

Requirements:

• Physiotherapist with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
• Willingness to work across a 7 day per week roster including public holidays and weekends.
