About the Role:We are looking for someone who can support our team of Tenancy Managers.
The Customer Service Officer is the first point of contact for our clients and contributes to the delivery of our organisational mission.
Key responsibilities of the role include responding to tenants and customer telephone and face-to-face enquires, ensuring all relevant information is entered into the appropriate systems, and monitoring the team's correspondence. Active participation in team meetings and assisting the team in the rent review process are essential to this role.
To be successful in this role, you will have a genuine interest in providing Customer Service and administrative support to a busy tenancy team while demonstrating actions that will reflect the NRH values.
You'll be joining a close-knit, strong-performing team; so if you are a good communicator, are willing to jump in and help out when another team member needs it, and also like to celebrate achievement of great outcomes, then we want to hear from you!

About You:- Demonstrated experience in providing client-focused Customer Service and administration support
- A calm and empathetic demeanor with the ability to build rapport with people from all walks of life
- Highly motivated, and outcome-oriented, with the capacity to respond to competing priorities
- Confidence in liaising with various stakeholders including vulnerable people.
- High attention to detail and the ability to input data into multiple systems
- Well-developed computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office Programs and the ability to adapt and learn internal IT systems
- A current driver’s licence, satisfactory police check, and a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Other experience, knowledge, and skills we would like you to have:
- Previous administrative experience supporting Real Estate or Social Housing is highly desirable
