Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Physiotherapist to join our dynamic team at PhysioXtra. As a Senior Physiotherapist, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care to clients with a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions. You will have the opportunity to lead and mentor junior staff members, contribute to the development of clinical programs, and promote best practices in physiotherapy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments utilizing a variety of assessment tools and techniques.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings, evidence-based practice, and client goals.
- Provide hands-on manual therapy, exercise prescription, and education to facilitate recovery and optimize clients' functional outcomes.
- Support team members to facilitate their development and growth promoting strong clinic team culture.
- Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals building strong relationships to develop referral pathways to achieve optimal outcomes for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
- Stay informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in physiotherapy through ongoing professional development and continuing education activities.
- Actively participate in clinic meetings and quality improvement initiatives to enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
- Current registration with AHPRA
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Leadership experience and a demonstrated ability to mentor and supervise junior staff members.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuing education in physiotherapy.
