Mobile Disability Physio is seeking 2 x experienced full time physiotherapists to join our team and help make a difference in the community.

Physiotherapy service areas: 

1 x Melbourne south east including the Mornington Peninsula

1 x Melbourne eastern suburbs

Excellent Renumeration- $100,000-$110,000 + super + work vehicle

Mobile Disability Physio offers mentoring and learning opportunities. 

Our focus is the delivery of quality care.

We achieve this by providing Musculoskeletal CPD, Neurological CPD and Paediatric CPD, Team Meetings, Journal Club as well as external CPD opportunities.

We provide a mobile physiotherapy service for NDIS participants.

We work with our NDIS participants to help them achieve their goals. 

We provide physio home visits as well as hydrotherapy.

At MDP, our focus is building functional capacity, making a difference and a positive change in peoples lives.

As a physiotherapist with Mobile Disability Physio, you must be professional, motivated and engaging with good communication skills (verbal and written). Time management skills are essential. 

The position comes with a work vehicle and applicants will require a driver's license.

Qualifications & experience

• Full APHRA registration- only full APHRA applicants considered
• Full and current driver's licence. Work vehicle provided.
• Valid Australian working rights.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Provision of Physiotherapy (assessment, treatment and set up/progression of home exercise program) to support our NDIS participant.
• Ability to work independently, with support as part of our team and supervision sessions provided as needed.
• Work closely with NDIS participants, family members and support workers
• Communicate with allied health staff and Support Coordinators
• Excellent documentation skills and report writing including Physiotherapy Initial Assessment Reports and End of NDIS Plan Reports. We will provide training and support for NDIS documentation.
• Use clinical reasoning and evidence based practice to meet clinical standards
