Offshore Physiotherapy Torquay is an established Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Clinic located in Torquay, VIC. We provide care to the local Surf Coast Community for a range of conditions including Musculoskeletal, Sports Injuries, Post Op Rehabilitation, Neurological, Clinical Pilates and Vestibular & Concussion Rehabilitation. The Surf Coast is an active community so we see a wide range of conditions. We have a strong referral base with local GP's, Sports Doctor's and Orthopaedic Surgeons. We also love to be involved in community engagement through local sporting clubs and schools.
About the role
An amazing part time opportunity exists for a motivated, experienced and friendly physio who has a proven background of implementing appropriate assessment, diagnostic and treatment pathways in line with current research evidence. Initial hours available will be 20 hours but this is negotiable and there is potential to grow the role into a full time position. Sound assessment / manual therapy skills and knowledge of exercise rehabilitation principles are essential for the successful applicant. The successful applicant will commence with an established caseload. The position is available from June, 2024.
The role involves working alongside 7 other senior physiotherapists, including Sports Titled & Msk Titled physio's, allowing for excellent mentoring, collaboration and personal growth.

- Strong Clinical Reasoning Skills and ability to implement evidenced based treatment plans
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- A desire to further their career and be involved in ongoing professional development.
- Willingness to work in an established team environment
- Current Working with Children's and Police Check
