About the Role
- Delivering high quality evidenced based Physiotherapy clinical services to patients/consumers within a highly functioning interprofessional team.
- Manage an allocated workload to deliver Physiotherapy services, including assessment, intervention and evaluation within an interprofessional team in accordance with established clinical & departmental protocols, policies and procedures, utilising evidence-based practice and ethical standards and under clinical practice supervision or professional guidance of more senior staff.
- Actively participate in professional and interprofessional team meetings including clinical case conferences and departmental meetings.
- Continually develop clinical practice knowledge, skills and expertise through self-directed learning, active learning within a team environment and engaging in professional development activities, including participating in the performance appraisal and development plans.
