About the Role
The purpose of this role is to deliver senior Physiotherapy services within the Rehab@Home service.
This includes:
- Delivering high quality evidenced based Physiotherapy clinical services to patients/consumers in a community or residential care setting within a highly functioning multidisciplinary team.
- Contribution to the advancement of quality Physiotherapy services and optimal patient care, through provision of service development, quality improvement, and clinical education.
- Monitoring and reporting on work practices and outcomes, including initiating, planning, and evaluating relevant quality and research initiatives.
- To provide supervision and training to less experienced (HP3) clinicians, students and to Allied Health Assistants (AHA's).
