- Competitive salary: $90,000- $105,000 + super + commission.

- Clear career progression pathway to be a Team Lead
- Effectively managing an Athlete Caseload, including conducting assessments, making diagnoses, and implementing evidence-based treatments.
- Develop tailored rehab programs, specializing in ACL and overuse conditions.
- Initial consultations are 1 hour and the review consultations are 30 minutes or extended testing is 1 hour depending on the injury
- Offering client-centred clinical care to maximize functional capacity, achieve goals, and enhance client health and independence.
- Maintaining thorough administrative documentation and reports to ensure optimal client care.
- Collaborating with a team of Health Professionals, such as Strength and Conditioning coaches, Exercise Physiologists and an Osteopath
- Case-by-case approach to internal and external PD.
- Generous budget of $5000-$7,500 for ongoing development.
- Supportive team with onboarding, monthly meetings, and an open-door policy.
