Exciting, permanent opportunity to launch Physiotherapy services in the region for longstanding Not for Profit organisation
About the companyThis organisation is undergoing an exciting period of expansion and acquisition, as well as construction of state-of-the-art hubs in the GWS region to further support the community and their clinicians.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Physiotherapist looking to build a team and introduce the Physiotherapy service to current partners and local stakeholders. This also offers you the opportunity to move into a Clinical Lead role as the team grows.
This role is based in Northwest Sydney (Hills District) and will be a community-based, mobile role until the new hub facility comes online towards the end of 2025. Whilst full time is preferred, part time will also be considered.
The Role
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain a caseload of Physiotherapy clientele in the region
- Assess and provide appropriate treatment plans for clients across a broad spectrum of patient conditions and patient streams
- Assist in the process of developing a greater referral network to broaden community outreach
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care and support needs of participants.
You will need:
- Recognised qualifications in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA
- Current Police Check, WWCC, Driver’s License
- First Aid Certificate with CPR
- Professional Indemnity Insurance
- A commitment to a person and family centered approach
- Experience with a range of clientele and patients such as private, chronic disease, disability, WorkCover or rehabilitation
