About the role
The Physiotherapy Department at Grampians Health Ballarat are seeking Physiotherapy undergraduates or qualified Allied Health Assistants to join their Weekend Physiotherapy Assistant Casual workforce.

Weekend Physiotherapy provides services across the acute and subacute inpatient wards, offering a variety of clinical area exposure.

As a Physiotherapy Assistant you will support the Physiotherapists to provide high quality care through the completion of clinical and non-clinical tasks. You will enjoy a friendly place to work, with experienced and supportive Physiotherapy staff

This is a great opportunity to develop skills in readiness for your allied health career.

Skills and experience

• Physiotherapy undergraduates must have completed or be completing their second year of an Australian Physiotherapy course in 2024
• Qualified Allied Health Assistant

All appointments are subject to a satisfactory police records check, immunisation clearance and Working with Children check and/or NDIS Worker Screening Check.

All employees must be willing and able to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when required, which at a minimum is a surgical mask.  Additional PPE requirements are role-dependent.
