Form of workWe are looking for a Pick Packer/Warehouse Assistance to join our team in Victoria North facility. The primary focus of this role will be the safe and efficient picking & packing of bulk orders for delivery to customers.
Your main duties will consist of the following:
- Picking and despatching of orders
- Forklift driving and order picker work
- Stock receiving
- Container unloading
- Arranging warehouse shelfing
- General warehouse duties
- Assisting light administrative duties such as managing orders from the system, booking in couriers, managing bin pick up.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- At least 2 years warehouse and distribution experience
- Strong OH&S knowledge
- Ability to work unsupervised
- Current Forklift licence essential
- Current valid driver’s licence
- Strong problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer focused
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- A desire to succeed and be part of a team
This is a permanent fulltime opportunity, however, you will be required to pass a probation.
