About the role

We are seeking individuals for the following position which will be involved in civil construction projects predominately in QLD but must be willing to travel to projects when required. 

• Foundation / Piling Drill operators, Concrete pump operator, skilled labour. 
• Project Mangers, Engineers

 QCS is looking for an experienced Foundation - Piling staff ranging from Project Mangers, Engineers Piling rig operators to skilled labour. With a wide range of works from North QLD to Victoria and family friendly rosters, makes it a good choice for long term employment. 

Skills and experience

• Experience and hold or being eligible to apply for the relevant qualifications/tickets in either Foundation / Piling Drill Rig operations
• Civil Construction background
• A willingness to 'pitch in' and assist with on-site labouring tasks. 
• An ability to work independently and at times guide others 
• Good communication skills
• An attention to detail
• A mature approach to the workplace, an ability to complete tasks and adapt to change within a fast paced environment
• A focus on Zero Harm and following safe systems of work
• A valid drivers licence and relevant tickets 
• Completion of daily paperwork
• Project Mangers and Engineers to have a strong understanding of Bridge piling spec and willing to learn other relevant information.
