SWD Construction Pty Ltd is seeking a skilled drainer to join our team. Responsibilities include:

• installation of below ground drainage, laying drainage systems including sewers, water mains, stormwater drains and utilities
• marking out trench positions with the assistance of machinery
• measuring, cutting and joining pipes; testing installed drainage systems
• ensure pipes are fitted and aligned using grade rods and transit levels
• timely ordering of the required valves, pipes and fittings to specifications

Task & Responsibilities

• read and interpret blueprints 
• attention to detail and knowledge and application of health and safety practices
• directing and supporting plant operators
• adhere to all WH&S processes
• carry out WHS requirements and work efficiently in all areas of Drainage and Pipework

Qualification & Experience

The ideal candidate will hold a relevant qualifications and/or experience to fulfill the duties of the role. Experience on civil projects an advantage.
