With 38 years-experience in the Scientific Industry, Pathtech are looking for people with pipetting experience to become a Pipette Service & Calibration Technician to join our team.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide quality calibration of pipettes in the Pathtech Lab on a timely basis
- Forward all paperwork required to Lab Manager when service work is completed to ensure customers are promptly invoiced
- Willingness to learn
- Good attention to detail and a positive and motivated outlook, team player
- Organised, manage time efficiently with the ability to prioritise, and take responsibility for work and focus on key strategies
- Effective verbal communications and excellent written skills
- Clean and neat presentation
- General administration tasks
- Communicate with existing and potential customers
- Strong problem-solving skills - result focused
- Demonstrated excellent customer service skills
Qualifications/Experience:
- Ideally experience in calibrating complex scientific equipment specifically pipettes (servicing at a later stage).
- Experience in pipetting
- Experience in Excel, Word, Email, stock control systems, and CRM.
