Australian owned Tex At Site is an industry leader in mobile on-site HV testing and calibration of an ever-increasing range of instrumentation including electrical, dimensional, pressure, torque and temperature as well as onsite NATA endorsed services. We service locations across Australia and New Zealand.
Field Technician
We currently have a vacancy for the role of Mobile High Voltage Electrical Tester /Calibration Technician. No Electrical background is necessary as full training will be provided to the successful candidate. This position is based in Victoria, Australia.

Regular extended periods of travel throughout Victoria Australia and other states of Australia may be required.
Key Functions, Duties and Outcomes
• be willing to undergo regular medical, drug, and alcohol tests as
required by the Company and our customers
• have a strong customer service focus
• be computer literate
• have a commitment to workplace health and safety
• hold a manual Australian drivers licence and be able to park a 6 metre
van at residence overnight
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• be available for regular, extended periods of travel
• be willing to present for work clean-shaven at times when requested as
an OH&S requirement of some customers
Prerequisite Qualifications, experience and/or skills – Essential:
• Current unrestricted manual driver’s licence (Australian recognised).

We offer a very competitive hourly rate, paid accommodation while travelling,
a staying away allowance, work clothing, phone, work vehicle, and other staff benefits. $32-$40 per hour based on experience/competency. There is also the potential to earn a $1,000 performance bonus each month!
