Form of workSeeking a highly skilled and experienced Piping Designer to join the team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical drawing and design, with expertise in AutoCAD, 3D drafting, and relevant software applications. The role involves various tasks related to piping design and layout, including 3D modelling, isometric drawing creation, and field investigations.
The candidate should possess excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work efficiently both independently and within a team environment. Responsibilities:Designing and laying out piping systems. Creating 3D models of piping networks.Generating isometric drawings.
Detailing pipe support structures. Updating mechanical and structural drawings. Conducting field investigations and site measurements.
Ability to interpret and utilise 3D laser scan point cloud data. Qualifications:High school certificate (QCE or equivalent) with a focus on technical drawing/design. Proficiency in AutoCAD software.
Experience in 3D drafting. Familiarity with Autodesk Plant3D & Navisworks. Preferably holds a Cert IV in Engineering Drafting.
