PIZZA CHEFS - EXCITING NEW RESTAURANT, ESTABLISHED HOSPITALITY GROUP - PIZZA FOCUSED RESTAURANT

We're currently hiring kitchen staff for a new venue on Sydney's Northern Beaches for ULLO Pizza & Wine.

The venue features hand stretched, neapolitan leaning style of pizza that are cooked in a two level pizza master electric oven. Full kitchen team to support, you'll need to lead your section during busy services with 100+ pizza per night being made. We make everything in house from sauces to dough to focaccia & toppings.

New kitchen build, beach front location & strong team to support all new members in their ability to succeed in their role. Growth opportunities for the right candidates.

• The company currently operates two restaurants, a consulting company, a bottled drinks company and is looking to further grow.

THE ROLE + THE IDEAL CANDIDATE MUST HAVE:

• Relevant diploma or equivalent experience required, with a minimum 2 years’ experience required in a similar position
• Good knowledge and genuine interest in pizza creation, fermentation & modern Italian style cooking 
• Use correct techniques and follow procedures and recipes when preparing and cooking menu items
• Demonstrate new cooking techniques and equipment to staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Can handle pressure and a fast paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Fluent English and well groomed
