- Proven experience using a woodfire oven and hand stretching dough
- Ability to produce pizzas in an efficient and consistent manner
- Demonstrated culinary flair and genuine passion for the industry
- Experience in a fast-paced venue
- Effectively leading, training and mentoring your team
- Ensure highest standards of hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen and equipment are always maintained
