About the opportunity Employment Plus is seeking to recruit passionate and team focused individuals to join our back of house Claims team. This position is located in The Salvation Army Headquarters in Blackburn, Melbourne and includes a hybrid working environment.
Our Claims and Outcomes Consultants will contribute to the success of Employment Plus by: Ensuring accurate verification and compliance checks are completed for claims and wage subsidies across multiple employment services programs Raise claims within the Workforce Australia Online for Providers system in accordance with guidelines and timeframes Manage evidence requirements in support of claims and wage subsidies Build and maintain effective relationships with employers that receive wage subsidies once cross training is provided Who you are You’re someone with a passion for helping people, that enjoys supporting our front-line teams and employers in achieving their goals.
A team player with an easy, engaging style and a passion for learning. You like the idea of developing your career in the employment services industry. You will bring excellent communication and solid Office 365 skills.
Demonstrated numeracy skills and a high level of attention to detail is also important. Ideally you have experience in employment services, preferably JobActive and/or Workforce Australia contract. Exposure to outcomes and wage subsidies and operating systems ECSN, ESS & WFAOP will be highly regarded, however, we are also open to receiving applications from candidates with a background in general claims.
