The Role
Reporting into the Head of Sourcing and Partnerships, the Sourcing and Partnership (S&P) Support Lead role is a replacement role due to an internal movement within the team. The S&P team at MLC Life Insurance is responsible for the leading the sourcing, procurement, supplier selection and management of all enterprise-related services and its partners to drive organisation success.
The S&P Support Lead will be responsible for supporting the Sourcing and Partnerships team through leading the coordination of policies, reporting, tools, and systems across various aspects, as well as lead and drive the S&P agenda when it comes to our Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) policies such as the Supplier Code of Conduct, Modern Slavery, Emissions, etc.
You will succeed in doing so by collating data to create and deliver any ad hoc reporting and analysis required by various business stakeholders such as our Sustainability, Legal and Governance teams.
You will also contribute to various process improvement initiatives across the Sourcing and Partnerships team to optimise the tools, solutions and strategies we implement.
About you
An experienced Analyst with a minimum of 3+ years of experience, you may come from a diverse background of procurement, finance or business operations.
Your ability to pick up a new business domain and your outstanding communication skills (both verbal and written) will enable you to collate and analyze data to deliver meaningful insights and reporting.
Lastly, you possess the ability to build and develop strong relationships with a variety of stakeholders to influence and drive key decision making.
