The Role

Looking for a Personal Injuries Lawyer to run around 40-50 files of varying levels of complexity depending on experience. The work includes CTP, WorkCover, PIPA and Superannuation claims. You will be mentored by the senior staff assessing liability and quantum, drafting correspondence and pleadings, gathering evidence, investigating claims and preparing matters for settlement or trial.

You

Our client is seeking a junior lawyer with at least 0-2 years' post admission experience. This is an excellent opportunity for a recently admitted lawyer who has some experience in the personal injury space.

The successful candidate will have:
