We are currently seeking a skilled Planning and Project Controls Manager to oversee projects spanning renewables, infrastructure, mining and rail sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive programs across all projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and timelines.
- Utilize P6 software to effectively manage project scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
- Lead a small team of planners, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success.
- Engage in stakeholder management activities, fostering strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Apply your expertise in renewables, infrastructure, or rail to drive innovation and efficiency in project Planning and controls.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in developing and managing project programs, preferably in renewables, infrastructure, or rail sectors.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 software is essential.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on collaboration and relationship-building.
- Analytical mindset with a keen attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
