- Flexible Working Days/Hours (30 hrs required weekly)
- Would suit school hours 6 hours per day x 4-5 days week – possibly less and build up as required
- $50.00 per hour + super

Responsible for Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables, your duties will include:
- Keeping track of financial transactions through the establishment of accounts, posting transactions, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Managing accounts by verifying, allocating, and recording transactions, and reconciles entries to balance subsidiary accounts.
- Generating financial reports by gathering, analysing, and summarising account information and trends. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations by studying requirements, enforcing adherence, filing reports, and advising management on necessary actions.
- Contributing to team goals and other general administrative duties as required:
To be successful in the role, you will have proven experience in a similar organisation as well as the following:
- Minimum 2 years experience with Xero
- Ability to work with multiple complex excel spreadsheets and pivot tables
- Experience working in a similar role within the mining industry (ideally with BHP) or other similar civil/construction industry
- Cert IV in Bookkeeping or similar qualification (preferrable)
- Full working rights
