Planning Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Planning Coordinator to join our friendly, professional, and highly driven Planning Team based at Smithfield, NSW

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Planning Coordinator to join our team based at Smithfield, NSW. 

Reporting to the Planning Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Effective planning and communication with the logistics, manufacturing, external supervisors and sub-contractors.  
• Co-ordinate and communicate customer delivery requirements, schedules to maximise logistics resources (People, time, budget and load efficiency)
• Coordinate all deliveries as per customer requirements
• Assist Logistic Team with planning tank deliveries
• Provide weekly updates to customers on tank delivery dates
• Plan production without exceeding manufacturing or delivery capacity
• Cooperate with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same
• Develop employee awareness of product compliance obligations
• Actively participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.

About You:

• Experience in customer service and communication
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise
• Ability to change, adapt and continuously improve
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365
