CSMI Constructions has a proud and respected 13 year successful history of constructing the civil and concrete construction contracts for residential, commercial and industrial projects within South Australia & now throughout Australia. We are seeking a qualified Project Planning & Scheduling Coordinator.
The role involves coordinating construction activities across civil, residential, commercial, and industrial projects within set timelines. It requires expertise in internal and external planning, ensuring quality and long-term career growth in construction administration.
Responsibilities include:
- Planning, collaborating, and scheduling tasks for various construction projects.
- Working closely with internal teams to understand project criteria and ensure coordination.
- Ensuring customer objectives are met within designated timeframes.
- Interpreting contract documentation and communicating accurately with stakeholders.
- Evaluating project progress, updating schedules, and managing communication.
- Maintaining administrative records and ensuring compliance with building plans.
- Facilitating regular communication with local authorities and consultants.
Skills, knowledge & experience:
- Experience in residential, civil, commercial & industrial construction preferred.
- Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and manage pressure.
- Excellent relationship management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Excel and online applications.
- Friendly phone manner
- Experience with Clickhome is an advantage but not essential.
