Traffik is an award-winning creative agency purpose-built for brand activation, leveraging strategy, creative, design, digital and production capabilities to effectively commercialise brands through the line.
Our team specialise in understanding brands and the critical relationship between emotional brand building and commercial brand activation. We don't define ourselves by channel, but as being the experts at driving efficiency and effectiveness of brand activation spend.

The Planning Department at Traffik is integral and invaluable for setting the entire team up to answer the contemporary and evolving problems faced by marketers and businesses today. Often the first point of call for new and existing business, we are informed by data but equally driven by a culture of commercial creativity.
Our team tackles the balance of releasing brands to be emotional in their brand work, grounding marketers in commercial rigour through activation and inspiring outstanding creativity throughout. Our planning operating system reflects the industry; nationally integrated, fast-paced & accountable. We have a foundation of tools, frameworks and subscriptions which are continually being built upon by the Planning Team to help us reach more compelling and effective insight.
The day to day..
* Work across the spectrum of activations, from shopper marketing to consumer promotions, experiential and sponsorhip.
* Collaborate with Account Directors and other Channel Specialists to develop creative briefs, build products and help to drive new business.
* Be an integral member of project teams, owning and driving the strategic development and creative briefing ensuring we are working to effectively solve our clients business and communications challenges.
* Champion any new methods of planning that allow us to meet the increasingly tight budgets and timelines that clients are working with.
This role is integral to Traffik's horizontal growth strategy and aggressive new business push into ‘activating' different industries!

* You can act as a vocal ambassador for your team, able to influence the best outcomes for the department.
* Ideally you will have experience in a similar role - within BTL activations agencies or in an integrated agency environment.
